What are Two Page Comics? 

Two Page Comics is a different type of storytelling format that combines elements from comics, short stories, pulp magazines, and trading cards. Each comic is literally two pages. The front page has cover art and the back page has a story.

A story consists of about 1500 words presented in a narrative two-column layout. Most are standalone stories compared to the serial nature of comic books. There are some mini-series and stories may relate to others.

This format gives creators the freedom to experiment and tell exciting and innovative stories that may not be possible in other types of media.

Each comic is comprised of a single piece of high quality, 8” x 10”, glossy card stock. This is bigger than a traditional comic and comes in a thick plastic protective sleeve commonly called a top loader. 

The back page has a dedicated space for creator signatures. There is also a QR code that links to a video where the creator gives behind the scenes info about the making of the story.

Since each comic is already protected in a top loader, they are easily stored on a shelf, in a drawer, or a box. There are numerous display options since the 8" x 10" size is the world's most popular photo size.
